What happens to what you type

When you send a message, Obscurify.ai passes it to the model provider with your identity removed. The provider needs the text of your prompt to answer it, so it does see that, but it doesn’t see who sent it. Text requests only use zero-data-retention routes. Those routes rely on the providers’ published policies; there are no signed agreements, and we’d rather say so than overstate it.

Obscurify.ai keeps IP addresses and user agents only to prevent abuse, and an hourly job deletes them after 30 days. The privacy policy lists everything that’s kept, and a signed warrant canary is updated monthly.
