1. Service Description
Obscurify.ai provides privacy-focused access to AI language models. We act as an intermediary between you and various AI providers, allowing you to use these services without directly exposing your identity to them.
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate registration information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
3. Deposits and Account Balance
Our service operates on a prepaid credit system. You add funds to your account balance which are then used to pay for AI model usage.
Deposit Expiration: All deposits expire five (5) years from the date of deposit. After this period, any unused balance from that deposit is forfeited and becomes the property of Obscurify. This policy helps us maintain operational sustainability while providing a generous timeframe for you to use your credits.
- Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law
- Account balances cannot be transferred to other users
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts with suspicious activity
4. Subscription Tiers
We offer multiple subscription tiers with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are charged monthly from your account balance. If your balance is insufficient, your subscription may be downgraded.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate content that promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Resell or commercially redistribute access to our service without authorization
- Generate content depicting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
6. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not store conversation content or share your personal information with AI providers. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
- Limit access during periods of high demand
8. Limitation of Liability
Obscurify.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- AI model outputs or their accuracy
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or business interruption
- Actions taken by third-party AI providers
9. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time, but remaining balances are non-refundable per our deposit policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or service announcement.
